Radish is a new fast casual restaurant born in Nashville and developed by Chef and author Amanda Frederickson and her husband Luke Smiley. Our mission is to Nurture communities by serving fresh, flavorful food and making sure that both customers and employees feel enriched by every interaction. Our menu consists of healthy salads and grain bowls with a focus on premium ingredients. We make food and serve it in a way that creates joy and brings people together.
